eating tilapia but the main reason is the tilapia has a mild taste and

minerals and vitamins. Tilapia is rich in selenium 78% of the RDI, potassium
20% of the RDI, phosphorus20% of the RDI and vitamin B12 (Niacin) 24% of the RDI.

contains 128 calories, 3 grams of Fats, and no Carbs.
Tilapia contains higher omega -6 and
lower omega-3. But other fishes contains higher omega-3 than omega-6. The omega-6
causes the inflammation in the human body.Tilapia contains 240 mg of omega-3
fatty acids per serving which is ten time less omega-3 than in the wild salmon.
Some researchers stated that eating
tilapia causes bleeding because it dilate blood more than other fish foods.
